Acid Storage Room with Catchment Pit, Saffron Walden, Essex

This room has been turned into a acid storage with catchment pit. We bunded out the room first to safeguard any spillages and then laid our Chemical resistant multi coating system ProCote CR in Grey with anti slip finish. Once cured this is resistant to 96% Sulphuric Acid , 40% Nitric Acid and 37% HCL. The total area was approx 80 sq mts with coving to all walls.

Steel Plating Facility Flooring, Walsall

This plant uses Nitric and HCL acids, so, to protect the concrete, we have supplied and installed ProCote CR for its excellent acid resistance.

Solvents Factory Flooring, Buxton

The mezzanine floor was laid in Mild steel and protected with ProCote CR, selected for its high resistance to solvents. We finished with an anti slip finish, making the floor suitable for the trucks used in the Factory.
