Prokem's Procote LMP ( Line Marking Paint )

Procote LMP has been developed to provide a durable lining material for appication to concrete substrates.

The material is supplied as a two pack system, comprimising pre weighed amounts of BASE and CURING AGENT.
After mixing together, an easily applied chemical and abrasion resistant finish is produced.

As a lining material for industrial and commercial floors. To demarcate parking bays, walkways, aisles etc.

Pot life @ 20 degrees C: 20 Minutes
Pot life @ 10 degrees C: 40 Minutes
Colours: Safety Yellow (BS4800 or RAL colours can also be supplied)
Tack Free Time @ 20 defgees C: 2 Hours
Hard Dry Time @ 20 degrees C: 5 hours
Full Chemical Resistance @ 20 degrees C: 7 Days
Coverage: 0.40 - 0.80kg/m2
Adhesive strength to Concrete: 3.9 MPa (Concrete failure)
Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to dilute acids and alkalis , oil, petrol, diesel, vegetable oils.

Coverage

A 5kg pack is sufficient to coat 6.25 - 12.50m2 of surface.
